ZhenYi	d72019e39f	feat(room): add WS events for AI config and repo lifecycle changes ... Add RoomAiUpdated, RepoCreated, RepoUpdated, RepoDeleted event types. Publish RoomAiUpdated after room_ai upsert/delete and repo events after repo create/update.
