Replace individual Rust migration modules with a define_sql_migrations
macro that reads up/down SQL files via include_str!. Consolidate all
legacy single-file SQL into per-table directories and add full schema
migration coverage for 90+ tables.
- Move create_project migration before add_workspace_id_to_project so the
project table exists when workspace_id column is added
- Remove all FOREIGN KEY constraints from migration SQL files
- Add gitignore and prettier configuration files for project scaffolding
- Implement room access control service with project member verification
- Create user access key management with CRUD operations and activity logging
- Add accordion UI component for frontend expandable sections
- Implement room AI configuration with list, upsert, and delete operations

The previous single-quote syntax with escaped quotes was split by
split_sql_statements on semicolons inside the function body.
Use $$ quoting to avoid quote escaping issues.
Foreign keys at the database level cause issues with deployment flexibility.
Keep only indexes for query performance; enforce referential integrity at
the application level.
