fix(deploy): add APP_REPOS_ROOT env to git-hook deployment 
Missing env var — git-hook worker needs APP_REPOS_ROOT to resolve repo
storage paths. Added explicit env block with APP_REPOS_ROOT=/data/repos,
consistent with gitserver deployment.
